Cheap Fat Bike Anyone?

I wouldn't like to use the word bargain, but a very cheap 'Fat Bike' appears to be available through outdoors gear supermarket Go Outdoors...it's made of Hi-ten steel though, so may weigh as much as your car...and rust...on the other hand it could be a bit of a big kid's BMX...
